Unique Floors has been operating within the commercial flooring industry for over 12 years. Paul Edwards and the team have been involved in the operation and management since the inception of the company. Off-site and on-site staff comprises of people who have over 20 years of experience within the flooring industry and are dedicated to maintaining a high level of customer care and quality installation.

Our company ensures that it complies with Workers Compensation, Public Liability, Occupational Health and Safety, Warranty and Certification and Taxation requirements. We have established procedures for the implementation and monitoring of these policies to ensure our projects are completed with the utmost quality and care necessary in delivering a project.

We also specialize in the removal of existing flooring, the preparation of new subfloors, including leveling, ’screeding’, ‘ set-downs’ and all types of moisture curing and moisture barrier systems.
